Growth systems
I help teams turn a promising offer into a repeatable go-to-market system—from positioning and proof to pipeline and execution.

I'm Chris Rodney. I work with founders, senior leaders, and ambitious AI companies to engineer growth, build practical systems, and recover important work that has lost momentum.

Ways to work together
I take on consulting and advisory work, fractional or interim leadership, and select executive or full-time operating roles where the problem, authority, and opportunity justify the commitment.

What I do
I help teams turn a promising offer into a repeatable go-to-market system—from positioning and proof to pipeline and execution.
I design and build local-first AI, retrieval, model-routing, agent, and monitoring systems—then connect the technical choices to governance and useful work.
I connect strategy, technology, and the people doing the work so AI adoption and transformation create practical momentum.
When a critical initiative is drifting, I help leaders find the signal, reset the operating rhythm, and move forward with confidence.
How I work
My work sits where growth, technology, and organizational change meet. I ask direct questions, make complex situations legible, and stay close enough to execution that the strategy survives contact with reality.
I also build the systems I advise on: private model gateways, retrieval and knowledge layers, governed agents, service monitors, and recovery paths. That hands-on work keeps the strategic advice honest about security, reliability, cost, and what a team can sustain.
Through Mojoflow, I bring together specialist teams for public- and private-sector growth, AI adoption, transformation, and recovery.
